Since 2022, we have committed to paying our staff standard rates. We've made this decision to ensure that everyone gets paid fairly, within or above industry standards. We also really care about having an honest company culture. It's important to us to make this type of information public for our employees, contractors and the outside world. So, below are the current ranges we are paying our staff. If projects fall outside that range, we do not move forward with them.
